Nearly 70 percent of Mexicans surveyed said that Mexican-Americans –
including those born in the United States – owe their primary loyalty
to Mexico, not the U.S.
America needs a total housecleaning!
So any time people in some foreign land are asked a survey question
about the USA, you think we should clean house? Why?
"When asked “Should the primary loyalty of Mexican-Americans be to
Mexico or to the U.S.?” 68.8 percent of respondents in Mexico said that
it should be to Mexico, while only 19.7 percent said it should be to the
United States. Another 11.5 percent of respondents said they were not sure."- Hide quoted text -

Let's run the illegals back across the border. If citizens of mestizo
descent want to join
them that is their right. Note that I support the deportation of all
illegal aliens, asians, europeans, etc.
And what does a survey taken in Mexico have to do with that attitude?
Ahhh, but it says a lot about the provincialism of the citizens of
Mexico...that Mexico immigrants (legal and illegal) owe more to the
nation that has abandoned them than to the nation that offers them a
In all these years, I still can't find an anti-immigrant who can
answer this question. Keep in mind that I am a dual Venezuela-USA
What exactly is meant by "loyalty"?
That is a very simple and straightforward question. I assume that the
people on the anti-illegal-immigrant side must have some measure of
brains (not so sure lately, though).
At what point am I being disloyal to either country?
Let's say that Obama (GWB was a more suitable example) order the
Marines to invade Venezuela. Big operation in the Lake Maracaibo,
where most of the oil fields are located.
There will obviously be at least 4 distinct groups:
- US citizens who condone the invasion.
- US citizens who condemn the invasion.
- Venezuelan citizens who condone the invasion.
- Venezuelan citizens who condemn the invasion.
I ask for the 100th. time: Exactly who are the disloyal or traitors
Despite my Boston liberal leaning, I happen to be a firm supporter of
the US military interventions in Iraq and Afghanistan under the two
Gee, should I change my opinion? Oh boy, maybe being so newly minted
citizen I don't understand. I my God, perhaps I should change my mind?
Will the migra come and deport me because I support Obama? Oh, wait a
minute, perhaps they will strip me of my citizenship if I DO NOT
I hope the smart ones in the readership get my point (because the the
dumber ones certainly do not).
ANYBODY WHO spies or is a traitor WILL END up in the electric chair or
whatever - Just ask the Rosenbergs.
Can somebody provide ONE example in which the "loyalty" of the person
matters in the current context?
Anyone caught spying on behalf of Mexico WILL end up in jail,
independently or their single, dual or no nationality.
A journalist wrote that we have the honor and pride of being the only
country in the world that during the World Soccer Cup, we all root for
the other teams: the Boston Irish root for the Irish team, and so do
the Italians for the squadra azzurra, or the Brazilians for the Samba
That is the very reason why the USA is the best county in history, bar
